songs for my father EP
I turned 20 in a cabin on a hill in Donegal. My dad and I were driving up the West Coast. I love Ireland and my father, and both more when they are together. Somewhere near The Burren, My Dad asked me to record his favorite Irish songs, and I asked him to avoid the curb. He’s really my target market here, so I hope you all enjoy this, too, but no pressure. Unless you are him. Then there’s for sure pressure.
“songs for my father” is exactly what it sounds like.
And it’s available to stream now!
pride and prejudice, entirely from memory
Finally putting my incredibly narrow expertise to use! I am so happy to join the cast of Entirely From Memory! We are an improv comedy team committed to performing films without the assistance of scripts, rehearsals, or, so it would seem, sobriety. Armed only with memory, a recent viewing of the films, and a lot of wigs, this merry band of improvisers creates brilliantly weird and desperately non-canonical retellings of classic films. My first spin with the group resulted in a ginger wig and a fairly accurate portrayal of Mr. Bingley. I love this group so dearly and I am just so happy to be here!

Museum, by LALAHAHA
All those Art History classes finally have a purpose beyond fueling my superiority complex while roaming The Met! I was so happy to premiere Museum by LALAHAHA at ALAB Theatre Festival at IRT. Performing comedy with your best friends is always a joy, but writing jokes exclusively about the High Masters is as good as it gets. And as good as it will ever get. They will never let me write about chiaroscuro again.
sunday, 2nd stage theatre co. gala
This was no ordinary Sunday. I was thrilled to perform at the 2nd Stage Gala, an event featuring stunning performances by Sara Bareilles, Stephanie J. Block, Christian Borle, and more. Directed by Susan Stroman, Jimmy’s Alumni had the chance to salute honoree James Lapine with a performance of “Sunday”from Sunday in the Park with George. The opportunity to sing one of the greatest musical theatre songs of all-time with my lovely Jimmy’s Choir was a true joy and privilege. And just that would have been enough to land this event among my favorite performances, but then presenter Mandy Patinkin delighted the choir by joining us in song. Of course, I only realized this when a familiar tenor voice emerged from just behind me. It is difficult to express how meaningful this night was, and I am so grateful to 2nd Stage and the Jimmy Awards for inviting me to join in the festivities.
Plus now we know the fastest way to make me cry onstage! Be Mandy Patinkin.
ring them bells! a birthday celebration for John Kander
I’m proud to be a Jimmy Award’s Alumni every day, but never quite so much as I was when I had the amazing opportunity to join fellow Jimmy’s Alumni in honoring John Kander in a Broadway-Birthday revue. Held by Roundabout Theater Co. and co-created by Susan Stroman, Scott Ellis, and David Thompson, I had the opportunity to perform alongside Alan Cumming, David Hyde Pierce, Karen Ziemba, and Deborah Warner—among many other Broadway stars who took part in the festivities. I will never forget standing backstage at the Steven Sondheim Theatre, listening to one of the greatest composers in musical theatre history reflect on his life in the arts; the brilliant friends and the music that stand the test of time. I am so grateful to have had the smallest hand in this incredible night.
dinner party, by LALAHAHA
I was thrilled to premiere LALAHAHA’s first musical Dinner Party at IRT as part of the ALAB Theater festival! With a book and libretto co-authored by 10 writers and performers, this musical was a feat of collaboration, patience, and that one time Miranda got us all bagels. That really sealed the deal. Writing and performing with your very best friends is always a joy, and this show only deepened the love that I feel for this group and the enormous excitement that I feel for our future. What’s for dinner at the dinner party? Turns out: friendship.
dancing at lughnasa, at the stella adler studio
I couldn’t have imagined a better show, cast, or role to conclude my time at Stella Adler with than Rose in Brian Friel’s Dancing at Lughnasa. The opportunity to tell this beautiful story, set in a place I love so well, alongside these brilliant women, was my immense privilege and joy. I love Rosie and all my Mundy girls so dearly, and I am endlessly grateful for the mentorship of our director, Steve White—not just because he made sure I could eat fresh blackberries on stage every night, but that is certainly a factor in my gratitude.
bluebird, a movement project
I was truly honored to join the cast of Bluebird, a piece using the poetry of Charles Bukowski. A fully devised movement piece, this group brought enormous heart, strength, and trust to the rehearsal room, and built a beautiful piece of theatre. I love my beautiful bluebirds and our fearless leader Zara Antonyan!
much ado about nothing, at the stella adler studio
Because you talk of wooing I will sing! I had the absolute joy of joining the cast of Much Ado About Nothing at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, directed by Keira Naughton. Putting my songwriting skills to the test, I also had the pleasure of composing, arranging, and performing all of the music for the show. Putting up a Shakespeare play with your best friends is the best way to spend a senior year.
the three musketeers, at the stella adler studio
For the culminating project for my first two years of Tisch and Stella Adler training, I had the privilege of joining the cast of The Three Musketeers, written and directed by Pete McElligott. Playing several roles and adding Muppeteer to my skill set, this excellent cast and hysterical show made my NYU performance debut one to remember! While these folks around me are pretty great, note my favorite scene partner, photographed here next to me: he carried me through this process.
LALAHAHA! a musical sketch group.
I am thrilled to be a member of New York-based musical sketch group LALAHAHA—because we believe singing and laughing are intrinsically linked, and it is vitally important to do them simultaneously. We have written and performed Period Piece, After Hours, Lifetime, and more. See us at venues across NYC, including The Upright Citizens Brigade, The Pit, and Caveat Theater! I love these guys so much! Check us out here.
the NYU reality show
I was a member of the 2023-24 NYU Presidential Welcome Reality Show cast, through which I had the profound opportunity to write and perform a musical sketch show to be debuted at Radio City Music Hall for NYU’s class of 2027. We spent the summer developing our writing skills, growing as an ensemble, and preparing to debut our original music. Following this performance, the cast performed excerpts from the show at The Skirball Performing Arts Center and NYU’s Yankee Stadium commencement. This was a life-changing opportunity, and I am forever grateful for our directors, Preston Martin and Matthew Dean Marsh, the support for this project from NYU, and my 12 perfect companions.
dangerbox improv
My time at NYU was forever changed by NYU’s premier Improv group, the wickedly talented Dangerbox. Not only are these some of the funniest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, but they are the very best friends I could ever ask for. We perform at locations around NYU, as well as occasional shows at off-campus venues! I love this group almost as much as I love a one-word suggestion that is not a food!
